I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Commission work is prohibited to be used for AI and NFTs.

Commission prices are for personal use only unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Personal use is for personal accounts or characters that are not used to represent or promote an identity, content channel, business, or other commercial activity.

When commissioning me, you will be receiving a digital product, not a physical piece.

I reserve the right to increase price as I see fit, for example, highly detailed art.

I can show WIPs if asked.

I will send you the full resolution picture by DM or email, if there's a signature then I prefer you use that one, but you are not obligated to listen to me.

Be sure to save the commission. I may or may not delete the product from my computer after a while if I do not need it.

The client must return and purchase licenses in the future for previously finished commission work if necessary.

By purchasing any of my services, you, as a client, will automatically be accepting my Terms of Service and will be obligated to follow them, as well as promising you will not request any Paypal chargebacks.

Vtubers and content creators are considered commercial use by default but may request personal use permission by specifying how and where the artwork will be used.

Artwork used to represent, brand, or promote an identity or content channel on platforms with direct creator monetization features requires a commercial license, regardless of whether the account is currently monetized.

On platforms that do not have direct creator monetization features, artwork may be used for personal purposes, including as a profile picture, without a commercial license. However, artwork used for direct commercial promotion, advertising, or other monetized purposes still requires a commercial license, regardless of the platform.

For commercial use, pricing and permitted usage must be discussed and agreed upon with the artist.

Commercial fees may range from +20-150% of original price, but this range is provided as a general estimate and is not guaranteed. Fees may exceed this range depending on the intended usage, distribution, merchanidse produciton, estimates sales volume, and other relevant factors.

Commissions are not first come, first serve. I will consider which commissions I want to accept and go from there.

Do not ask me to draw in a different style. Please commission me because you like my work.

Please send payment after I confirm your commission. I will only start your commission after payment.

Please give me complete, full details of what you want. It is your responsibility to give me all the details I need to create the commission piece you wanted.

You must provide a reference, I will not accept descriptions of a character.

I accept Paypal.

I will send an invoice to your Paypal.

Payments are in USD.

Commission must be paid in full before I start on your order. No exceptions.

Please send payment within a week unless otherwise stated. I will cancel your order if I do not receive payment in a timely manner.

Skeb commissions will not receive WIPs.

I prefer a more skeb-like/surprise me approach, but as stated before I will send WIPs whenever asked or when I would like confirmation from you.

I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, however please be patient with me.

Generally speaking, I finish commissions within a month (usually less than two-three weeks), unless otherwise stated, but I will always notify you if something comes up that might cause a delay.

Skeb commissions will not receive revisions.

For regular commisions, up to 2 major revisions will be allowed during the process. Additional major revisions may incur extra charges. Please submit all requested revisions together.

Any errors in the final artwork caused by the artist, such as misreading the description or overlooking a detail that was clearly provided, will be corrected free of charge.

If a mistake or omission results from insufficient, unclear, or missing information provided by the commissioner, the artist is not obligated to make corrections or changes free of charge. It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all necessary references, descriptions, and details before and during the commission process.

Requests to change the final artwork for reasons unrelated to an error made by the artist may be accepted and may incur additional fees depending on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.

Under no circumstances will the artist ever redraw an entire commission unless payment is sent as a second order.

The artist retains copyright ownership of all produced artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The artist reserves the right to post, display, and share the completed artwork in their portfolio, social media, and other platforms, while crediting the client as the owner of the depicted character(s), where applicable.

The artist may use the artwork for self-promotion, including portfolios, commission samples, and promotional materials, unless the commission has been agreed upon as private.

Repost or share the artwork on other sites with proper credit to the artist.

Use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or page decoration, subject to the VTuber and content creator restrictions outlined in the General Terms.

Use the artwork as a PC or phone wallpaper, or for other private,
non-commercial enjoyment.

Print the art and create physical items for personal enjoyment, not for sale.

Repost or share the artwork on other sites with or without artist credit.

Use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or other branding asset.

Use the artwork in stream thumbnails, schedules, overlays, and other promotional materials.

Print and produce merchandise, subject to discussion and approval of the intended products and sales volume. Additional fees may apply.

Change, modify or use my works without my permission.

Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially unless a discussed commercial fee has been paid.

Take credit for the art.

Remove my watermarks/signatures.

If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet feel free to tell me. These commissions are not permitted to be posted on public websites under any circumstances. If I am not allowed to post the commission, neither are you. Once a commission is made private, it applies to both the artist, me, and the commissioner.

If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future, so you can upload it somewhere, you just have to send me a message.

If you have commissioned me for personal use, not commercial use, you are not under any circumstance allowed to use the artwork to make profit.

Please respond in a timely manner. If the client does not respond within 3 days, the artist retains the right to cancel or proceed with the commission. Refunds may be issued depending on the stage of the commission.

Refunds will be determined by how much of the commission I have already finished. If you wish to cancel your order after I have started, You will receive a percentage back plus the incomplete artwork. Note: Refunds will exclude the paypal fee.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
